Just because I feel like a bitch right now. Work is VERY ANNOYING so I'm going to vent that shit right here right now.
I can't talk about work, but I can and will say something about a certain piece of MySpace business that's bugged me since time immemorial.
The "I'M FIRST" disease!
I just looked at a blog on which it was clear that the first three commenters didn't read the blog and didn't particularly care what it said. They just wanted to make sure the blog writer knew that they were stalking his page-breathlessly waiting for a new blog so they could FIRST it. WTF?!!! And this is not the FIRST time I've seen this nonsense-the first several comments on many blogs I read are full of this bullshit. They don't even read the damn thing and they admit to it- "I'm going back to read your blog now."
Of course they couldn't be first if they took even a couple minutes to skim the blog, because these blogs are popular and attract a lot of comments-but still-who gives a shit if you are FIRST? Do you have anything interesting, funny, or even stupid to say about the blog?
I just don't get it and I hope that no one ever does that shit on my blog. I don't think anyone is stalking me and I'm not a popular blogger outside my own circle of friends and subscribers so I'm not too concerned about it. If that shit is the price of MySpace fame, however, you can have it. Adding to the inanity of the world is my job with the blog LOL-no FIRSTING allowed here. If you need to be inane, write your own damn blog and I'll come over and read it, otherwise....
