Dragons
Philly has an ordinance that requires 1% of the amount spent on certain building projects be spent on art, and although on pricnciple I can't support it, it has resulted in both wonderful and meh public art, including these dragons (which qualify as beautiful). They sit on Arch St between 8th and 9th, on the edge of Philly's Chinatown
on the Arch St side of the lot I park in every day.
What do you think of dachshunds and dragons?
